Chicken Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
Pasta Noodles (Elbow Macaroni or Vegetable
enriched pasta)
1 C. Mayonnaise
Onions- Chopped to taste
Celery - Chopped to taste
8 oz of peas (frozen or canned)
1 Can Chunk Chicken in Water (16 oz) - you could substitue
for fresh chicken that has been cooked.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Make pasta according to directions
on the package - the above serves 4-6.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Set in the refrigerator 1-2 hours. Add more mayo if needed.
-- This chicken salad tastes best cold.
Experiment with
the ingredients. Leave out what you don't like, add more of
the ingredients that you do like. You could also add chopped
hard boiled eggs to this too.
